• Establish government grant funding programs for hemp research, processing and commercial manufacturing.
• Establish government grant funding programs tailored towards hemp cultivation for CBD, seed and fibre.

• Allow export sales to non-medical and non-research markets of hemp based products that test at 0.3% THC and below. Permits can be used for Agriculture Canada to track export sales.
• Allow the list of industrial hemp farmers companies names to be publicly available, so farmers and processors can create supply contracts
• Develop an influence Domestic and International Laws, Policy and regulations for hemp that is 0.3% THC and below.

• Move the control of hemp cultivation, processing and manufacturing into the department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.

• amend regulations to Allow hemp seed, grain, grain oil and protein powder to become Livestock feed.

• Update (LOAC) List of Approved Cultivars for Hemp to allow higher CBD genetics to become approved and cultivated for sale.
