- Establish government grant funding programs for hemp research, processing and commercial manufacturing.
- Establish government grant funding programs tailored towards hemp cultivation for CBD, seed and fibre.

- Allow export sales to non-medical and non-research markets of hemp based products that test at 0.3% THC and below. Permits can be used for Agriculture Canada to track export sales.
- Allow the list of industrial hemp farmers companies names to be publicly available, so farmers and processors can create supply contracts
- Develop an influence Domestic and International Laws, Policy and regulations for hemp that is 0.3% THC and below.

- Move the control of hemp cultivation, processing and manufacturing into the department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.
- Place Industrial hemp and feminized CBD hemp that has 0.3% THC and below under the control and oversight of the Minister of Agriculture Canada, and place into the Natural Health Products category.

- Open Public banking and insurance services for hemp farmers growing for CBD, seed or fibre.

- Allow Hemp CBD research plots to sell the CBD flower if it is 0.3% THC and below, rather than destroying the product which health Canada currently requires.
- amend regulations to Allow hemp seed, grain, grain oil and protein powder to become Livestock feed.

- Remove CRA excise tax for hemp products that are 0.3% THC and below.
- Update (LOAC) List of Approved Cultivars for Hemp to allow higher CBD genetics to become approved and cultivated for sale.
