Reason for amendment:	As per my email February 10th, 2025, I felt the January 30th meeting should have had more detail as we broadly touched on policies. Scope of meeting was really an introductory meeting - we touched on the work our client does in Atlantic Canada. However, near the end of the meeting we touched on the procurement policy our client does and offered up two procurement reports the team had written as ideas to share. My issue is: I assume the detail I have added from 'how' the registration looked January 30th which I am adding now 'discuss policies and programs' of all kinds. I have since updated it to be more specific for future meetings.
