Reason for amendment:	I have deleted the name of AAFC official Matthew Smith from a recent monthly communication report. I had contacted Mr. Smith asking for a meeting and providing background as to the client looking to meet with Mr. Smith and so registered the outreach. Have since been advised that the fact that he did not attend the meeting means that I should not have registered as much as part of my monthly communications report.
