The establishment and maintenance of a community organization for the purpose of assisting other organizations to build affordable housing developments in communities across Canada modeled on the success of existing projects and such other complimentary purposes not inconsistent with these purposes.

Class A Members – the Class A members shall be members of the corporation and have the same rights as other members, except they will exclusively have the right to vote at the Corporations members meetings. Class B Members - the Class B members shall be members of the corporation and have the same rights as other members, except they will not have any voting rights at members meetings. The Class A members of the Corporation shall solely be Batay Reena and those persons as may from time to time be admitted to membership by the Class A members in accordance with rules for membership in the Corporation. The Class B members of the Corporation shall be the members of the Corporation admitted by the Secretary in accordance for the rules for membership.
