• To engage official with regard to Bill C-249, the Encouraging Growth of the Cryptoasset Sector Act. We are educating MPs and regulators on the crypto industry and specifically why bitcoin, is a unique asset class. We are providing input and feedback to any questions people have on the sector, how it impacts Canadians, and what we are doing as Shakepay to ensure that customer protection is at the forefront.

• To advocate for the development of a national strategy to support the growth of Canada’s Web3 economy and digital assets.
