The agreements need to be updated. Commerce international Trade Agreements; including Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement, our request is to better international trade for agriculture producers. Infrastructure Water Infrastructure – the need for funding to develop and enhance water storage, conservation and distribution systems to mitigate drought conditions.
